-Ensures guests are seated at a clean and properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible.
-Maintains cleanliness of the tables in his selected area.
-Checks cleanliness of the bus stand from previous shift and notifies manager of any problems. Sets up the bus stand, restocks and prepares bus stand for shift change and/or close.
-Coordinates with Waiters and backs them up to serve guests.
-Passes all order trays to Waiters and takes back empty ones to the washing machine area in a very organized way.
-Ensures empty service trays, ashtrays and enough cutlery kits during the entire shift.
-Cleans cutlery kit and plates with the proper solution.
-Fills up table condiments and set up.
-Ensures a certain stock level in place to ease the operation.
-Offers assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refills beverages. |
